- It's 200 g of softened butter.
- It's 100 g of brown sugar.
- It's 100 g of granulated sugar.
- It's 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- You need 1 of free range egg.
- Prepare 100 g of wholemeal flour.
- You need 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- Prepare 2 of small handful of cranberries.
- You need 100 g of oats.

- Preheat the oven to180°C.
- Cream the butter and sugar in a large bowl or food mixer until it is light and fluffy but not stiff.
- Crack the egg into a separate bowl and check for shell before adding to the mixture. Whisk lightly then add half at a time to wet ingredients. Finally add the vanilla extract..
- Mix together the flour, baking powder and then add to the wet ingredients.
- Add in the cranberries and oats then begin to mix with your hands untill it turns into a dough.
- Grease a backing tray then roll the mixture in to smallish balls before carefully flattening. Repeat untill all of the mixture is on the tray (you may have to grease another one).
- Put into the oven and bake for 15 minutes untill the edges are just going a light golden colour.
