Prepare 215 g of ground almonds.
Prepare 1 tsp of baking powder.
Prepare 1/2 tsp of ground cardamom.
It's 1-2 of tsps orange blossom water.
It's of Zest of 1 orange.
It's of sesame seeds.

Preheat oven to 200C..
In a pan on a gentle heat, mix the tahini, oil and vanilla til combined..
In a bowl, mix the almonds and baking powder..
Pour the tahini mix into the almond mix..
Add the orange flower water and the orange zest. Mix well..
Take a tablespoon of mix and shape into a ball. Put on a lined baking sheet. Flatten each one so they are about 1cm thick..
Sprinkle sesame seeds on one half of each cookie..
Bake for 12-15 mins until golden brown..
Let the cookies cool slightly before enjoying 😋.
