1. Take bourbon biscuit in a mixer grinder... Grind it well..
2. Take it out in a bowl.. Add powdered sugar, milk and malai..
3. Mix them well... Bater consistency should be medium...
4. Put a big pan on the gas. Put water into it and let the water boil...
5. Take a steel/ aluminium bowl.. brush it with oil..
6. Add baking soda in the bater and mix it well.
