- You need 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
- It's 1/2 cup of caster sugar (super fine sugar).
- Prepare 125 grams of butter, diced, at room temp.
- It's 1 of egg, beaten.
- You need 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.
- You need 1 1/2 cup of self raising flour.
- You need 1/2 cup of milk chocolate baking chips.
- You need 1/2 cup of white chocolate baking chips.
- It's 3/4 block of of good quality chocolate.... (I use Cadbury).

- Pre heat oven to 160 c and prepare a baking tray lightly greased and lined with baking paper....
- In a mixing bowl cream together both sugars, butter and vanilla extract until pale and light..
- Add egg then fold in flour followed by the chocolate chips..
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked....
- Allow to cool completely on a rack...
- Meanwhile melt the block of chocolate in a heat proof bowl, placed over a pot of simmering water... (dont let any water get in the bowl) mix gently until melted and smooth..
- Once cookies are cool drizzle melted chocolate all over them!.
