- Prepare your utensils and all ingredients...
- Measure all wet ingredients firstly.. oil, egg, vanilla, buttermilk, food colour and vinegar.
- In a bowl steve flour...
- Then all remaining ingredients.. cocoa powder, salt and baking soda...
- Measure sugar and mix in dry ingredients...
- In a bowl whisk egg first...
- Then add all wet ingredients and whisk for 1 min until combined...
- Now in another bowl add dry ingredients...
- Then pour wet ingredients...
- Beat for good 2,3 min on medium high speed...
- Now take cupcakes try.. line up with cupcake liner...
- Filled 1/3 of the batter.. tap well after filling the mixture...
- Preheat over on lower flame only...
- Bake for 25,30 min at 180 degree..
- After baking.. rest on wire reck for cooling...
- NOTE: I baked 18 medium size and 8 big one cupcakes...
- For frosting.. gather all ingredients and measure...
- Beat all ingredients well for 4,5min...
- NOTE: Texture should b soft not thick like buttercream...
- In a piping bad put 1M nozzel...
- Filled with the frosting...
- I decorate with two ways...
- One way is JARS: Take jar and cut 1 cupcake in to half...
- First put one layer of cupcake into jar.
- Then pour cream and then repeat the layers...
- In cakes do normally...
- FOR DECORATION: I used coloured sugar...
- In a jar put some sugar with green food colour.. shake well...

The green food colour will be darkened slightly by the addition of the cocoa powder. If you want to keep the colour more vibrant you could leave out the cocoa and keep the cupcakes vanilla.
