- In a bowl add in the butter,powdered sugar,egg,vanilla,baking powder and oil and mix together till combined..
- Add the flour and mix till well combined.Divide the dough into two and add the cocoa powder to one part and mix till well combined..
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and start making the turtle feet and head.pinch a small amount of the white dough and make a ball arrange on the parchment paper two in front and two behind for the feet.For the head pinch a little bigger than the feet and make a ball for the head put it in front of the front feet in the middle..
- For the shell scoop some cocoa dough and make a ball than press a little between your palms use a tooth pick to press lines on the dough then cross and press to make little squares on the shell.place the shell on top of the feet leaving out part of the head.pinch a tiny piece of dough and place on the sides of the head for the eyes..
- Rest for 15 mins in the fridge and bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 15mins. Allow to rest on the baking tray for about 5mins then transfer to a cooling rack..
