  1. You need 5-6 of Oreo biscuits.
  2. It's 1 Cup of chilled milk.
  3. Prepare 1/2 Cup of Fresh cream/Amul cream.
  4. It's 3 tsp of sugar.
  5. You need 2 tsp of milk powder.
  6. It's 1/4 Cup of chocolate syrup.

It's pure, creamy, full of big chunks of Oreo cookie, and it's oh so chocolate-y. It's not too rich tasting nor too bland, it's just perfect. And if I don't get that, I get a buster bar. The chocolate and peanut butter combo is always a good choice but sometimes you want a good cookies n' cream ice cream.

  1. In a mixer take biscuit pieces along with all the mentioned ingredients and grind it for 2min..
  2. Pour the mixture in an airtight box/tiffin and cover it with foil paper.Then close the box and put it into the freezer..
  3. After 2 hrs take out the box from freezer & pour the mixture in grinder & grind it in pulses for 1-2 min..For best results you can repeat this process after 2 hrs again..
  4. Like before pour the mixture in the box, cover with foil paper and close the lid.Put it into the freezer for at least 6-7 hrs..
  5. Ice-cream is ready.Serve it with chocolate syrup or choco chips..
