  1. Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla thoroughly (can use mixer or soft spatula).
  2. In separate bowl combine flour, salt and baking powder. Fold into the dough from step 1.
  3. Fold in chia seed, flaxseed, dried cranberries and roasted walnut.
  4. On a line of cooking sheet, drop heaping tablespoon of the cookie dough at least 2 inches, 6-8 cm apart (the cookie will spread out quite thin).
