  2. Prepare 250 g of plain flour.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C, line baking trays with greaseproof paper or baking parchment.

  3. Add beaten egg and mix to form a sticky dough..

  5. Bake for approx. 6 -8 mins at 200 degrees C - they should still be pale but slightly golden on the edge..
