- It's 2 packets of bourbon biscuit.
- It's of Powdered sugar.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Baking soda.
- You need 1 cup of Milk.

- Take bourbon biscuit in a mixer grinder... Grind it well..
- Take it out in a bowl.. Add powdered sugar, milk and malai..
- Mix them well... Bater consistency should be medium...
- Put a big pan on the gas. Put water into it and let the water boil...
- Take a steel/ aluminium bowl.. brush it with oil..
- Add baking soda in the bater and mix it well.
- Pour this mixture into the greased bowl... Keep this bowl in the pan and cover the pan.
- Low the flame and let it cook in steam for around 40 Minutes..
- Now take out the cake and refrigerate it... Once it settles down decorate it with chocolate syrup and gems..
