  1. Preheat oven @ 375°.
  2. Mix margarine and both Crisco's till creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mix well. Add vanilla.
  3. In separate bowl sift together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Mix together wet and dry ingredients (except m&m's) until well mixed.
  5. Fold in mini M&M's.
  6. Roll into approximately 1" balls.
  7. Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  8. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes.
