- Put dry ingredients in cocoa powder mixture, stir untill fully mix.
- Cover the cookie dough with cling wrap, and refrigerate over night or at least 5 to 6 hr.
- Pre heat oven at 180°c.
- Once dough has chilled roll out into small balls, (grase your plam with butter so it will be easy to make balls).
- Cover each ball with Confectionery sugar and arrange in baking try (put parchment papar below).
- Bake them on preheated oven at 180°c for 10 to 12 min.and then allow to cool them on baking sheet for 5 min more.
- Then Transfer the cookie on to the wire rack and allow them to cool down completely..
